We use service agreements, not long-term contracts. Our agreements serve two important purposes: they give us permission to service your property and lock in your pricing for one year. They protect your rate, not your obligation to stay. If your situation changes, you can adjust or cancel your service at any time by providing a 30-day notice with no penalties or cancellation fees.

We know pest problems can’t always wait. We do our best to schedule new services as quickly as possible, with many appointments available by the next business day. Existing customers with urgent concerns receive priority scheduling through our service promise.

While no pest control treatment can be called 100% safe, we carefully select our materials and methods to prioritize safety while maximizing results. Our training, equipment, and application techniques allow us to place products where they are needed while minimizing unnecessary exposure.
